Teaching is a career path that has always interested me. The
most influential people in my life have been good teachers.
Having travelled in my previous job, having the opportunity to
both teach and travel is perfect for my future career and
life. TESOL will be ideal for teaching people at all ages
English language globally (a very exciting project).
TESOL has a great experience, very positive Trainers were
good. TP was great. Now feel confident to teach with good
materials. |

I plan to teach in different countries in Asia. I believe it
is the best way to get to know the country, its people and
culture. I am hoping the course will provide me with some
useful tips and hints on doing that and give me ideas on how
to structure, plan and conduct classes for students of
different age groups and level of English.
Great country, thoroughly involved and hope it will open up
new windows of opportunities for me. |

I read about it on the internet and it seemed an exciting
thing to do. My daughter has been teaching in Thailand for
three years and loves it here. I taught for 34 years and felt
I wanted to make use of my skills and knowledge. I have never
thought ESL so felt this course would be very beneficial in
giving me methodology. I had hoped to join the project in
Phuket as I had not been these and wanted to explore this area
but I was ill at that time. Then I thought the course in
Bangkok would give me a chance to job search as well. |

I spent a year in China and originally planned to go back Post
Grad (now) and look for work. Then I got to thinking I might
enjoy teaching. Learning was what made me wake up every day.
Why not give that to someone? I already Speak Chinese, I’d
love to learn some Thai and enjoy Southern Asia for a while.
China will still be there. I’m young and excited. Why not?
I’m glad that I took the time to learn the course not only for
my future students but also for me. It was a good way to
better understand my interactions with other. |

I chose to take up this project as I wanted some training in
Teaching. I already have a teacher’s degree from India but was
not able to take up a formal training. Moreover, I will be
staying in Thailand for three years. So taking up this course
might help me in getting a teaching job in Thailand.
It was a great experience, especially going to the classrooms
and teaching. It gave us all the experience of real teaching
and the issues connected to teaching. The feedbacks form peers
and the lessons helped us a lot to improve our own style. |

Location: (Bangkok is appealing to me)
Competitive pricing: (the price, especially including leasing
was a definite positive)
I didn’t read anything negative on the internet about American
TESOL, and that a certificate and in class experience would
prove it valuable in acquiring and performing at a job, in
Thailand or otherwise.
Very positive experience. I feel much more qualified than I
did 3 weeks ago. I liked teaching young kids more than I
thoughts. |

Because I considered it a sensible thing to have the ability
to teach English, since I like the language a lot and I am
quite good in it. Additionally it’s something I’ve thought
about a lot for some years and now seemed like a good time to
act on it. I have a number of Thai friends and I come to
Thailand very often, and I noticed this course on line and
decided to pursue it. The cost/conditions package was very
reasonable, and the timing was good.
Very satisfying, well balanced work load, well timed move
through all aspects of the course |

I recently ended my service in the United States navy. I
wanted to spend more time in Thai. After doing a little
research I figured this would be my best and most awarding
option.
I had a wonderful experience.

I’ve been teaching in an after school program for many years
and hope to use this course as an introduction to classroom
teaching .I choose the program particularly because I wanted
to stay in Bangkok and this was the most affordable course
available. I feel like I have the requisite experience working
with children but would like to further my skills as a
teacher. I’m also looking forward to living in a new country
and experiencing a new culture.
I derived a lot from the course. I now feel prepared to go
into the classroom.
As far as administration, there were many last-minute “urgent”
requests via email that could have been sent earlier to allow
more time to prepare. |

I like to travel, for a while I have been thinking how to make
some money and travel at the same time. Meeting new people and
cultures is also a big challenge for me. This way I will
improve to teach English to kids that the language is totally
foreign.
This was a great experience us. I consider it as very useful,
and perspective. |

I expected to get more knowledge on teaching. At the moment, I
am teaching English to adult students. However, I don not have
much experience in making the class fun. I am also not sure if
the ………….. can understand the lessons or if they can use what
I teach them in the real life.
Therefore, I took the course with the hope that the course can
provide me some teaching technique and useful teaching
knowledge and the psychology of students as well.
I felt happy with the course. Even though I’ve got experience
in teaching. I learnt many new things and techniques from the
course. After the course, I gained more confidence in my
teaching. |
